Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. It may take longer to process during the promotion period or statutory holidays. Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.
Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
We are NOT responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Sayfutclothing does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
At Sayfutclothing we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. We are aware that you cannot try on the items you purchased online before buying it, therefore, please make sure you to take measurements of yourself before placing your order and consult the sizing chart on the item page. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items due to sizing.
If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, or if the item is different than the design displayed for the product on our website, you can request to return or exchange the item. Our items can be returned or exchange within 30 days from your purchase date.
Some important details:
- Any items must be in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed) in original packaging.
- The items are defective, damaged, or materially different than displayed on our website.
- We can’t accept returns on Clearance merchandise.
- You’re responsible for shipping charges. (Please note we can’t accept C.O.D packages.)
- Protect yourself from lost packages pls using a trackable shipping mode. Remember to record your tracking number.
Please note that if do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange and we are not responsible for the packages lost on the return shipments.

Have an Exchange?
Please include a note with the product name, size and color you would like to exchange. Customers are responsible for the price difference between the two items. However, if the exchange item is the same price as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
When will I get my Refund or Exchange?
Refunds within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
Please allow one week for a refund/exchange to be processed.
If the items returned have been tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
To return or exchange a defective item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for an authorization return or exchange instructions. Please make sure that you include your order number as well as clearly detail the nature of the return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping. Also, protect yourself by using a trackable delivery method.
